The C. Brewer engineering team develops, documents and validates a repeatable plastic injection molding process that will produce your parts flawlessly. Our production specialists then repeat the successful process, using our scientific molding procedure and utilizing the latest electric and hydraulic molding machines.

C. Brewer Company's environmentally controlled plastic custom molding operations feature nearly 40 Nissei machines, ranging from 40 to up to 350 tons. To ensure consistent high plastic molding quality, a combination of sophisticated controllers (including cavity pressure monitoring when appropriate) and SPC quality systems are employed.

Custom Mold Making

Count on the best from a company run by third-generation mold makers. Our comprehensive mold-making services include design, prototype development, and SPI Type 101 molds. In addition, we'll store your molds and handle maintenance for you so your molds are always ready for production. And if you currently have some problematic molds produced by others, we can work wonders with them.

Quality Injection Molding

Our company is committed to the ISO 9001: 2000 certificate, as well as SPC. Quality assurance systems and in-process inspection monitor every step of production. For example, some parts use direct computer controlled coordinate measuring machines to perform end item measurements and ensure superior finished products. We are prepared to go to extremes to meet customers unique requirements.

Additional QA equipment includes the use of OGP Smart Scopes, gear checker, and Mitutoyo roundness testing equipment. The statistical data is captured and analyzed via our Datamyte SPC system.

Assembly

Clients like what we do so much that they keep asking for more. That's why we're pleased to offer manual and automated assembly. The complex mechanical sub-assemblies we provide — ready for their production lines - can incorporate molded parts, fabricated parts and purchased components.
